When I try to watch it, it says 'invalid parameters'.
That is strange. It seems to be working fine on my computer. Maybe try clicking on it to go directly to the YouTube page and see if that helps.

I had this song in my head all day today.
Its working now. =)
I heard today that this video got him so much attention, that United called him and said they'd make it right.
Geez.
I think he should still do the other 2 videos.
I hope that they did make it right. The thing that makes me sad is when a customer has to start a PR war against a business to get them to take responsibility for what they do or don't do. It shouldn't be that way if a business is led by people with integrity.
